At Lit Healing, our goal is to provide a harmonious and fulfilling experience—whether through our bodywork services, wellness recommendations, or the products we’ll be offering in the future. We want every aspect of your journey to leave you feeling cared for and supported. Below is our policy for cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.

Bodywork Services – Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel your Bodywork appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work:

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment can be fully refunded or rescheduled—whichever works best for you.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will not be charged a fee if rescheduled. If you choose not to reschedule, a 25% cancellation fee may apply to cover the reserved time of your practitioner.

No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.

Refunds for Services

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not satisfied with your bodywork treatment please contact us at hello@lithealing.com, and we’ll do our best to make things right.

Exchanges

At this time, Lit Healing does not offer exchanges.

Affiliate Products – Showcase Purchases

We love curating and sharing wellness products through affiliate links, but please note that Lit Healing is not the seller of these products. Any returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items must be handled directly with the vendor where the product was purchased. Be sure to check the vendor's return and refund policies for more information.
